While our items are tarnish-resistant, proper care is essential to maintain their quality.

We recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, including but not limited to:

• Dishwashing liquid
• Chlorine
• Shampoos and soaps

Although occasional contact with water is generally safe, frequent exposure may cause the plating to fade over time. Please note that these items are not made of solid gold.

Permanent Jewellery Disclaimer

The loops used in permanent jewelry are designed to be malleable and are plated, which means they may fade over time. However, the chain itself should maintain its appearance with proper care.

Repairs

Any breakages of permanent jewelry within 60 days of purchase will be repaired free of charge, unless otherwise specified
